Happy Birthday

I LOVE using up scraps.  This time it's all about using up those small pieces of ribbon.  I punched a large flower from the cardstock.  The removed punched piece became my base for the ribbon strips.  Attach this to your background paper using popdots to give the ribbon flowers a bit of room.  Next time, I think I'd try this on green so the flowers kind of blend in a bit more.  Or maybe even do my star punch with a variety of yellow ribbons.........the possibilities are endless.
