Believe

I made the fabric flowers using a tutorial at Back Porch Memories. These were super easy and fun to make. Papers are Basic Grey.

'twas the Night Before Christmas

I used some old alpha stickers to create the "ABC" strip, really helped to tone down the background.

Julie and Jim in 1958. Love Jim in his bow tie and vest - so cute!

To - You From - the Goehrings

I used die-cut notes to mask off the cardstock.

Christmas picture card of Julius, Kathryn, Julie and Jim. This one isn't dated, but I'm guessing 1957.

headbands

Katie offered the use of her plain white headband she had received in a make your own jewlery kit for her birthday. We used a Heidi Swapp glitter kiwi flower and a medium green flower (brand unknown). The jewels are by Paper Studio.

This headband had a rhinestone missing.
I covered up the spot with unknown brand of flowers from my stash and antique shank button (removed shank) for the center.

Easter

I've really slacked off on my blogging - sorry about that. I've had some trouble with my eyes - got gel and drops for the dryness from the eye Dr. Several creams and prescriptions from the dermatologist - just hope this all clears up.

Here's a project Katie helped me with - her Easter dress. She chose the pattern and fabric. Plus she sewed the hem in the petticoat herself - I think she's going to be very crafty!

She was to busy with the egg hunt to pose for any pictures.

It turned out adorable, don't you think?
