Sketch is from Design Dollies.
Papers, journaling card and dimensional stickers are Bo Bunny Sun Kissed, little flourish is Artisan Elements swirls sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Patina, the Distress Stickles is "orange Marmalade", alphas are BG Lemonade and American Craft Thickers all from Scrap Attack Scrapbooking.
I cut the journaling card apart before I placed it under the title piece, making it a bit shorter.
