For the Scrapbook Play Challenge on Scrap Attack Scrapbooking, we were to use a found item on our layout. I chose some packing material I'd gotten when I purchased a vase. I loved the extra texture it had.
I remembered the technique from 52 sketches 52 weeks had on their site a while back using a brown paper bag to create a branch. You just need some paper, several inks and Mod Podge. It was a fun way to add some texture to my layout.
Oh my goodness, you started a blog!!!!! I have missed you so much. Hope you are doing well and have had an enjoyable summer. I took a whole month off from my challenge and just called it a summer break. Good thing I did because my Mom became very ill and I have been caring for her.
